Shipping policy
How does the delivery process work?
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Regarding the availability of product and extra ordinary circumstances, we will try to make sure to send the order consisting of Product(s) by date indicated in the Delivery confirmation or if no delivery date is specified, in the estimated time frame within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of Order confirmation.
My order has shipped. How can I track it?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email on your registered email address & SMS on your registered mobile number with the details of the tracking link and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We usually dispatch most orders within 4-5 business days (excluding Saturday-Sundays and public holidays), in case of any delay product can take at max 30 days for dispatch. If you are ordering our products from a sale event or during festivities, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of the order date.
What are the shipping charges applicable to my order?
We have standard shipping charges for all addresses. Shipping charges – A flat Rs.249/- charge is applied to only COD orders, NO CHARGES FOR PREPAID ORDERS.
What if I receive a Damaged order?
While we take utmost care whilst packing your items, we have no control over mishandling by our courier partners, outside temperature, or any other environmental factors, or natural calamities causing any damages. Nonetheless in case of any damage in the product a return or exchange option is always available for our customers.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:
All orders are Subject to availability of Products Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.
How can I cancel an item purchased on 108?
108 does not offer returns unless there is damage in the product at the time of arrival which shall be reported within 2 DAYS of receiving the product.
Replacement policy
Certainly! Here's the revised list with the new point added as the first one:
1. **Shipping Timeframe:** Products will be shipped within 10-15 working days after placing an order.
2. **Returns & Exchange Period:** We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services.
3. **Reverse Shipment Fee:** A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. If an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item.
4. **Pick-up Attempts:** Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
5. **COD Orders:** For COD orders, a store credit (equivalent to the amount paid by you) will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.
6. **Product Condition:** Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
7. **Return Processing Time:** Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed, and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
8. **Non-Refundable Shipping Charges:** Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
9. **Customer Support:** You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal by dropping a message on Instagram @108___. You can also reach us on +91 8826149905. All queries will be solved between Monday-Sunday, 10 am- 8 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.
10. **Communication Channels:** Please note that we do not solve customer queries on WhatsApp.
11. **Order Cancellations:** Cancellations will only be possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
12. **Hygiene Standards:** To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes. SNITCH may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
Return policy
WE DO OFFER SIZE EXCHANGE ON ALL OUR PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
- TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE, CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WITH YOUR ORDER ID, SIZE PURCHASED AND SIZE EXCHANGE REQUESTED AT 108@ONE0EIGHT.IN;WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.
- EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT WILL NOT BE CHARGEABLE IF THERE IS ANY MANUFACTURING FAULT ON OUR END OR A WRONG SIZE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED.
- ALL EXCHANGES WILL UNDERGO A QUALITY CHECK BY OUR TEAM. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE AN EXCHANGE IF:
- THE PRODUCT/S ARE WORN/ WITHOUT TAGS AND DUSTBAG.
- THE PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED.
- WE WILL BOOK A RETURN COURIER FROM OUR END.
- ONCE WE RECEIVE THE RETURNED ITEM, WE WILL PROCESS THE EXCHANGE WITHIN 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS. HOWEVER . ALL THE EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO STOCK AVAILABILITY
⁃ Cheaper replacement? We refund the difference to you.
⁃ If the replacement costs more, you will have to pay the difference.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/ exchange on gift articles.
